14.9 Replacement of combo filter
DANGER – Risk of electric shock from
dangerous voltage!
Electric shocks resulting from contact with
live parts (e.g. master switch, printed cir-
cuit boards) can cause injury, heart failure
and death.
¶ Disconnect the mains plug before open-
ing the ACS 752.
WARNING – Risk of frostbite from escap-
ing refrigerant
Refrigerant causes severe frostbite on the
skin.
¶ Check the service hoses for damage.
¶ Firmly connect the service quick-release
couplings to the service hoses.
¶ Wear safety goggles.
¶ Wear protective gloves.
i After 68 kg of refrigerant have been processed
through the filter, the message "Filter change"
appears on the display. When this message appears,
contact customer service to order a new filter.
i It is advisable to have the combo filter changed by
customer service.
! Carefully remove the old combo filter.
! Make sure the old sealing rings are removed before
securing the new filter.
! Pay attention to correct positioning of the sealing
rings when fitting a new filter.
! Take care not to damage any hoses or electrical con-
nections when changing the filter.
! Never re-use an old filter.
! Observe the ACS 752 menu prompting.
1. Open the housing.
2. Call up start screen.
3. Press <MENU>.
4. Press <2> for "Functions".
5. Press r.
6. Select <3> for "Replace filter".
7. Follow the messages on screen.
i Return with <ESC>.

8. Close the housing.
"The filter is replaced.
i Return with <ESC
! Do not use excessive force when securing and re-
moving the oil drain and oil filling screw.
i The container for catching oil should have a capacity
of approx. 1 l.
1. Place a vessel under the drain.
2. Call up start screen.
3. Press <MENU>.
4. Press <2> for "Functions".
5. Press r.
6. Select <2> for <Change Vacuum Pump Oil>
7. Follow the messages on screen.
8. Check the oil level (sight glass). The oil level should
be in the middle between the "full" and "empty"
marks.
