Scope
B91x/B92x keypads configuration of Type and Scope
1. Enter the installer passcode, and then open the [1] Installer menu.
2. Go to [1] Program > [5] Keypad. The keypad shows the type for the selected keypad.
3. Use [PREV] or [NEXT] to go to the desired keypad.
4. Press [ENTER] to edit the type.
5. Use [PREV] or [NEXT] to go to the desired type.
6. While viewing the desired type, press [ENTER] to save the new selection. The keypad
shows Parameter Saved, and asks if you want to set the scope.
7. Press [ENTER] to edit the scope.
8. Use [PREV] or [NEXT] to go to the desired scope.
9. While viewing the desired scope, press [ENTER] to save the new selection. The keypad
shows Parameter Saved, and asks if you want to set the scope.
10. When the keypad shows Parameter Saved, escape from the menu.
B93x/B94x keypads configuration of Scope
1. Enter the installer passcode, and then open the [1] Installer menu.
2. Go to [1] Program > [5] Keypad. The keypad shows the type for the selected keypad.
3. Use /[PREV] or /[NEXT] to go to the desired keypad.
4. Press [Edit] to edit the type.
5. Use /[PREV] or /[NEXT] to go to the desired type.
6. While viewing the desired type, press [Save] to save the new selection. The keypad
shows Parameter Saved, and then returns to the previous menu.
7. Press [Scope] to view the scope.
8. Press [Edit] to edit the scope.
9. Use /[PREV] or /[NEXT] to go to the desired scope.
10. While viewing the desired type, press [Save] to save the new selection.
11. When the keypad shows Parameter Saved, escape from the menu.
20.1.15 [6] Users menu parameters
In this menu, you can change the Service User passcode and the passcode for User 1.
To add and remove users, change users passcodes, and perform other user functions from the
keypad, you must use the Users menu from the Main menu. Refer to the Control Panels
(B9512G/B8512G/B5512/B4512/B3512) Owner’s Manual for more information.
Users (In the Installer menu)
B91x/B92x keypads configuration of Users
1. Enter the installer passcode, and then open the [1] Installer menu.
2. Go to [1] Program > [6] Users. The keypad shows the Installer passcode.
3. Use [PREV] or [NEXT] to toggle between user 000 (service user) and user 001 and go to
the user you want to edit.
4. Press [ENTER] to edit the selected user. The curser flashes at the editing location.
5. Delete existing characters, if necessary, and then enter the new characters.
6. Press [ENTER] to save the change.
