5.5 Operating modes
The central processing units of the CL200 feature 2 internal memory sec-
tions for the PLC program.
D RAM
D Flash-EPROM memory
Besides the purely RAM or Flash-EPROM operation of the CL200, mixed
operation is also possible (doubled memory capacity).
All settings affecting the operating mode are made via the PLC utility pro-
gram on the PG programming unit.
