4.2.3 Recommended Position of Above-Ground Floor Boxes
Recommended Position Relative to the Isocenter
• Mark the 45° lines and the distance of the leading edge of the tube holder (1215 mm) on the
floor for both above ground floor boxes. These markings will be used during installation.
• Aluminum raceways (cable conduits) are available in multiple 1.5 m pieces. Please contact
Brainlab if you require a total length of 9, 12 or 15m of raceway

All dimensions for positioning floor boxes are based on isocenter height of 1295 ± 20 mm
(finished floor line – isocenter). The exact value depends on the linac Type. Please refer to
the respective documentation. If the vertical isocenter position is not within the tolerance
range, please contact Brainlab.
