Functions Available within the CONTROL Environment
(LEARN)

Simple Control : When the learn function has not yet been performed, the system
monitors the connected KTF devices and displays possible failures (LOCK !!
KTF> nn, ERR E2 KTF >nn, ecc.). In this case the control word appears in small
letters.
Complete control : when the learn function has been performed, besides monitoring
the correct operation of the connected KTF devices, the system controls in real
time the Amount of Yarn Absorbed (LFA) by the textile machine during the
production process and compares it with the amount detected during the learn
phase. In this case the CONTROL word appears in capital letters.
Possible messages during the LEARN function
machine speed too high (see Chapter 4 – “Troubleshooting”)
KTF nn out of tolerance limits (see Chapter 4 – “Troubleshooting”)
