IstLFA - Graphic histogram of the Amount of Yarn Fed
(LFA)

This function shows an histogram on SMART KTF 2000 display, which allows you
to compare in real time the amount of yarn fed (LFA) by a given number of
connected KTF/100HP devices, with respect to a reference device.
You can choose a percentage resolution RES % (up to 10 %) used to graphically
represent the variation of yarn fed by the selected KTF devices, with respect to the
amount of yarn fed by the reference KTF. In addition, you can choose the number
of KTF devices to be included in the histogram (either 8, 12 or 16, including the
reference KTF).
Thanks to the indications provided by this graphic, you will have the possibility to
adjust the various machine drops, so that they show the same feeding value (this is
the condition needed to obtain a perfect fabric). In particular, once you have
adjusted the cam of KTF01 so as to obtain the desired feeding value (LFA m/min),
you will check that all the other KTF devices feed the same amount of yarn and, if
necessary, you will provide the required adjustments.
