BarLFA
This function shows a bar graphic on SMART KTF 2000 display indicating the
amount of yarn consumed in the two carriage movement directions on flatbed
knitting machines (from A to B and vice versa).
You can define a percentage resolution RES % (up to 10 %) used to graphically
represent the amount of yarn fed by the selected KTF device.
Thank to the indication provided by this bar graphic, you will have the possibility
to adjust the yarn consumption in order to make it identical in both directions.
The carriage movement direction is indicated by the PRX signal level.
Display Example:
In the above example, the movement of carriage to direction B consumes 4% more
than the movement to direction A.
From the MEASUR menu, press until the >BarLFA menu option is
selected.
At this point, press
to access the function.
Set the graphic display resolution (NN.N), using
[allowed values 0.1 10.0].
Press
to move the cursor to field nnn and set the number of desired KTF,
using
.
Press
to move the cursor to field X and set desired direction (either A or B).
Press
to activate the graphic visualization.
