8.5.2 Setting the CC-Link address

The CC-Link address can be set on the display of the device or on the PC using the Bürkert Communicator
PC software.
The menu for setting the CC-Link address is located in the Parameter detailed view.
ChangetotheParameterdetailedview:
For the setting using the Bürkert Communicator in the navigation area, select Industrialcommunication.
To make the setting on the display, press the menu key
twice.

TheCC-LinkaddresscanonlybesetwhentheeldbusprotocolCCLinkhasbeenselected.If
devicesfeatureaCC-Linkinterface,theeldbusprotocolhasbeenpresetatthefactory.
SettingtheCCLinkaddress::
→ the display select CCLinkaddress and input CC-Link address.
→ In the Bürkert Communicator select Protocolsettings → CCLinkaddress and input CC-Link address..
→ Enter the address. Valid addresses: 0 to 64
If an address is set outside of the valid range, the device will display an error message.
You have set the CC-Link address to connect the device to the PLC network.
8.5.3 Setting the EtherCAT address (Station Alias)
The Alias station (network node addressing) can be set using the Bürkert Communicator PC software.
TheAliasstationcanonlybesetwhentheeldbusprotocolEtherCAThasbeenselected.
For the setting using the Bürkert Communicator in the navigation area, select Industrialcommunication.
You are in the detailed view Parameter.
SettingStationAlias:
→ Select Protocolsettings → StationAlias or Assistant.
→ Enter the address. Valid addresses: 0 to 65536.
If an address is set outside of the valid range, the device will display an error message.
You have set the Alias station to connect the device to the PLC network.
