mail. Please provide the following information:
• Serial Number of the analyzer.
• Firmware Version. You can find the version number by pressing Fn-7.
• Display message and/or code.
• LED lights that are on or flashing.
• What happened and what you were doing when the problem occurred.
For questions related to batteries or adapters:
• Battery Model Number.
• Adapter Number.
• C-Code being used.
• Display message and/or code.
