underthedrainplug.Loosenthedrainplug(2)atthe
bottomofthehydraulicoiltank.
5.Whenthehydraulicoilisdrained,cleanthehydraulic
oilsuctionlter,refertopage6-58.
6.Tightenthedrainplug(2)andaddnewhydraulicoilto
thetank.
7.Tightenthellingcap(1)onthehydraulicoiltank.
8.Usingasolvent,cleantheperipheryoftheairbleed
plugattopofthehydraulicpump.Loosentheairbleed
plug.Ifnouidcomesout,removetheplug,andllthe
pumpwithnewcleanhydraulicuid.

9.Tightentheairbleedplugonthehydraulicpump.
10.Starttheengine,andrunitwithnoloadforabout
5min.
11.Moveeachcontrolseveraltimestoremoveallairfrom
thesystem.
12.Parkthemachineatthespeciedposition,andthen
stoptheengine.
13.Checktheoillevelofthehydraulictank,rellitwithoil
asnecessary.Checkthattherearenobubblesinthe
hydraulictank.
14.Loosentheairbleedplugonthepump,andcheckthat
airfreeuidcomesoutfromthebleedport.
