engineoraparthasfailedduetoabuse,vandalism,neglect,impropermaintenanceorunapprovedmodications.
C.YourengineisdesignedtooperateonUltraLowSulfurDieselFuelonly.Useofanyotherfuelmayresultinyour
enginenolongeroperatingincompliancewithFederalorCalifornia’semissionsrequirements.
D.YouareresponsibleforpresentingyourenginetothenearestdealerorservicestationauthorizedbyKUBOTA
whenaproblemexists.Thewarrantyrepairsshouldbecompletedinareasonableamountoftime,nottoexceed
30days.

COVERAGE
KUBOTAwarrantstotheinitialpurchaserandeachsubsequentpurchaserthatyourenginewillbedesigned,built
andequipped,atthetimeofsale,tomeetallapplicableregulations.KUBOTAalsowarrantstotheinitialpurchaser
andeachsubsequentpurchaserthatyourengineshallbefreefromdefectsinmaterialsandworkmanshipwhich
causetheenginetofailtoconformtoapplicableregulationsfortheperiodmentionedabovefromtheoriginaldate
ofsale.
KUBOTAshallremedywarrantydefectsatanyauthorizedKUBOTAenginedealerorwarrantystation.Anyau-
thorizedworkdoneatanauthorizeddealerorwarrantystationshallbefreeofchargetotheownerifsuchwork
determinesthatawarrantedpartisdefective.AnyKUBOTAapprovedorequivalentreplacementpart(including
anyKUBOTAapprovedaftermarketpart)maybeusedforanywarrantymaintenanceorrepairsonemissionrelated
parts,andmustbeprovidedfreeofchargetotheownerifthepartisstillunderwarranty.
KUBOTAisliablefordamagestootherenginecomponentscausedbythefailureofawarrantedpartstillunder
warranty.Theuseofreplacementpartsnotequivalenttotheoriginalpartsmayimpairtheeffectivenessofyour
engineemissioncontrolsystem.Ifsuchareplacementpartisusedintherepairormaintenanceofyourengine,
andKUBOTAdeterminesitisdefectiveorcausesafailureofawarrantedpart,yourclaimforrepairofyourengine
maybedenied.
ListedbelowarethepartscoveredbytheFederalandCaliforniaEmissionControlSystemsWarranty.Someparts
listedbelowmayrequirescheduledmaintenanceandarewarranteduptotherstscheduledreplacementpointfor
