Operationwiththehydraulicbreaker
Thehydraulicbreakerisasingle-actinghydraulicattachment,andshallbeconnectedtotherstauxiliary(1-way)
hydrauliccircuit.
Therefore,tooperatewithahydraulicbreakerthemachineshallbeequippedwiththerstauxiliary(1-way)hydraulic
circuit.
Aftermakingsuretohavereadandunderstoodthe
installationproceduredescribedintheOperator’smanual
oftheattachment,proceedasfollows:
1.Makesurethatthemachineandtheattachmenttobe
installedareonatandlevelground.
2.Operatethecontrolsofboom,armandbucketinorder
toinstallthehydraulicbreakertothebucketlinkageat
thetopofthearm.
3.Stoptheengine.Releasepressureinsidetherstaux-
iliary(1-way)hydrauliccircuitasindicatedonpage
6-10.
4.Closethestopvalvesatthetopofthearm.Install
theconnectinghosesbetweentheattachmentandthe
stopvalves.
NOTICE:onthebreaker,makesuretoidentifythe
supplyport(INorP)andthereturnporttotank(OUT
orT).Thehoseforbreakersupplyshallalwaysbe
connectedtothestopvalveontheleft-handsideofthe
arm.Ifthesupplyportonthebreakerisnotalignedto
thestopvalveontheleft-handsideofthearm,check
foranalternativesetupofthehydraulicportsonthe
attachment.
NOTICE:alwayskeepeachconnectinghoseonthe
samesideofthearm.Nevercross-overtheconnect-
inghosesbetweenthetwosidesofthearm.
5.Openthestopvalvesandcheckthexingclampsfor
looseness,andthetubesandhosesttingsforleaks.
6.Starttheengine.Operatethecontrolsofboom,arm
andbucketinordertopositionthebreakerrighttothe
structureortotheobjecttobecrushed.
