(B)Remedy:
a)
Please check whether the heater junction is short-circuited and check if heater
slide touches the ground.
b)
Please adjust the T5 temperature deviation in menu 20.
3.74 “ 115 The Practical Oil Temperature Is Too High at Sector 6 “
(A)If the actual barrel temperature is higher than the computer setting temperature
plus the high temperature deviation in menu 20, the alarm will show. The injection
operation can be done in auto mode, but the plasticizing and decompression can
not. There is no limitation in manual mode.
(B)Remedy:
a)

3.75 “ 116 The Practical Oil Temperature Is Too High for Backup “
(A)If the actual barrel temperature is higher than the computer setting temperature

not. There is no limitation in manual mode.

3.76 “ 118 The Oil Temperature Is Too High “
(A)If oil temperature is higher than setting value, the alarm will appear to remind
customer.
(B)Remedy:
a)
There is one sensor used to detect the hydraulic oil temperature. If the alarm
shows, please check whether the hydraulic oil cooling system is normal. Clean
the cooler. And recheck the temperature setting parameters.
3.77 “ 119 Barrel Temperature Is Maintained “
(A)The message will show when the barrel insulation function is working. Injection,
plasticizing, and decompression can not be done at this stage.
(B)Remedy: Please move cursor to select
