2.11.4.2 Mold Thickness Adjustment Operational Method:
A) Note:
A.a) If safety doors are not closed, the warning message
“
019 safety door not
closed
”
will show on the monitor. At times that auxiliary signs detect unclosed
door,

will appear. Limit switches need
inspections. When

052 mold-opening stroke not completed

B) Manual operation for mold thickness adjustment
B.a) Press
and the molds will adjust forward, leaving a reduced mold
height and strengthened clamping force. Let go of the key and the function
will stop, If mold adjustment forward goes beyond computer set minimum height
,

and the molds will adjustment backward, leaving an increased mold
height and lessened clamping force. Let go of the key and said function will stop.
When backward movement goes beyond limit switches,

C.b) After manual mold adjustment, have the molds put into clamping mechanism.
Use the mold fixing ring and the fixing hole of headboard to centralize the
molds, which sit against headboard and are stabilized to the headboard by mold
clamps.
