Use the show vlan internal usage command to display information about the internal VLAN allocation.
show vlan [id vlan-id] internal usage

Related Commands vlan internal allocation policy
id vlan-id (Optional) Displays internal VLAN allocation information for the specified VLAN;
valid values are from 1 to 4094.
