Allows you to manage the softkeys on the Cisco Unified
IP Phones.
A maximum of 16 softkeys can be configured per
template. However, the phone supports 18 softkeys per
set, so that you can add two built-in softkeys to each
softkey set.

Allows users to speed dial a phone number by entering
an assigned index code (1-99) on the phone keypad.
You can use Speed Dialing while on-hook or
off-hook.

Users assign index codes from the User Options web
pages.

the Phone Configuration, Common Phone
Profile Configuration, or Enterprise
Phone Configuration window in Cisco
Unified Communications Manager

The administrator can configure the RTCP
authentication tag length for secure video calls.

Native Video supports security, but CUVA has only
a nonsecure stream.

For secure video calls, the secure icon displays on
phone screen in the top right corner if Picture in
Picture (PIP) is not active. When PIP is active, the
icon displays in the top left corner.

The RTCP authentication tag length can only be
configured for the audio stream. The video stream
has a default 80-bit configuration and cannot be
configured.
sRTP Secure Video
No configuration required.Provides support for USB headsets equipped with a
Hold button. Users can put a call on hold using the
headset button and retrieve the call using the Resume
softkey on their phone.
