Example of a Simple Wireless Network
The following diagram shows a typical infrastructure wireless network setup.
In this example, the wireless access points connect to and receive power from a
PoE Cisco switch. Each access point can connect multiple wireless devices to the
network.
This network provides connectivity among wireless network devices and
computers that have a wired connection to the switch.
The switch connects to a router that connects to the Internet.
