Engine load limitation with On/Off output
Purpose: Protect the engine against overload by reducing (switching On/Off) the load.
Description: CMPH (Comparator with Hysteresis) detect the RPM decrease below the Down limit,
activates the Binary output Load switch that reduces (slow down feeder) the load. There are expected
corresponding droop characteristics on the engine.
