Chapter Electrical Installation and Mechanical Installation describes the installation

2. The commissioning
3. The safety validation
The one who is responsible for the installation shall in the beginning of the project
develop an installation plan that will ensure that the required functional safety is
achieved. For more information about what this plan shall include see IEC

The one who is responsible for the safety validation of the installation shall in the
beginning of the project produce a safety validation plan. For more information
about what this plan shall include see IEC 61508-1:2010 clause 7.8.1.
Chapter Pre-commissioning describes how to inspect the installed system.
After the installation is completed, the system is verified, which must be performed
by a person with sufficient knowledge of the various functions. Chapter
Commissioning also includes troubleshooting and how to choose and distribute
configuration files.
Section Commissioning requirements describes the steps to be taken by the
installation organisation before a commissioning engineer can be sent from the
commissioning organisation.
Chapter Safety validation and acceptance gives general recommendations for this
process and for documents to be filled in and signed.
