2. The measured value should be more than 50 kΩ.
7.3 Check the loop units
1 Remove all plastic covers, protective tape, or other devices preventing detectors/loop
units from being functionally tested during the commissioning phase.
CAUTION!
Do not remove dust covers from smoke detectors until all polluting
(e.g., dusty) construction work is finished and the area has been
cleaned.
If an CS-ASP Aspirating smoke detector box is used, do not forget
the built-in smoke detector.
2 Check the addresses of all loop units one at a time, according to Address list and test
report, page 79.
NOTE!
During commissioning:
Test that all loop unit functions are correct.
