• one solenoid controls opening and closing of the humidifier cap. This solenoid is beside the air
pump in the dispensing module, number six in figure 5.
Sensors
The sensors in the COROB
TM
D300 are used for
• monitoring if the humidifier cap is under the nozzles or not, (CUP)
• counting the pulses of the dispensing motor (PULSE),
• monitoring when the crank passes 0 point (ZERO) and
• monitoring if a paint can is on the table or not.
The sensor of the humidifier cap is attached to the nozzle assembly. The pulse and the zero
sensors are connected to the dispensing module assembly. The can sensor is on top of the can
table.
