To add a Machine, WebServer, or WebSocket certificate to the control system using the
certificate addf command:
1. Use an SFTP client to upload the certificate PFXfile to the \cert directory.
2.
Issue the certificate addf <certificate name> <certificate store>
<password> command.

certificate name - The name of the certificate file
l
certificate store - The certificate store where the certificate file will reside
[machine|webserver|websocket]
l
password:The password used to encrypt the PFX file
To add a Machine, WebServer, or WebSocket certificate to the control system using the
certificate add command (requires the uploaded certificate file to have a specific name):
1. Use an SFTP client to upload the certificate PFXfile to the \cert directory. The file must be
named based on the certificate type as described in step 2.

Issue the certificate add <certificate store> <password> command.

certificate store - The certificate store where the certificate file will reside:
o
machine- The certificate file must be named "machine_cert.pfx".
o
webserver- The certificate file must be named "webserver_cert.pfx".
o
websocket- The certificate file must be named "websocket_cert.pfx".
List and View Certificates
Certificates installed in a control system store can be listed using the certificate list or
certificate listn commands.
NOTE:The certificate listn command adds line numbers to the output.

Syntax:certificate [list | listn] <certificate_store>
o
certificate store- The store where the certificate is installed
[root|user|intermediate|machine|webserver|websocket]
l
Example:certificate list intermediate
