Locked User Functions
Administrators can lock user accounts, which prevents access to the control system via the
console and Crestron Toolbox.
Add User to Locked List
To add a user to the locked list, issue the addlockeduser command.

Syntax: addlockeduser [name]
o
name - Enter the user account that will be locked.
o
No parameter - Lists all locked user accounts

Example: addlockeduser jsmith1
Remove User from Locked List
To remove a users from the locked list, issue the remlockeduser command.

Syntax: remlockeduser [name]
o
name - Enter the user account that will be removed from the locked list
o
No parameter - Lists all locked user accounts

Example: remlockeduser jsmith1
Blocked IP Address Functions
When a user reaches the maximum number of login attempts over an Ethernet connection, the
client's IP address is blocked.
Change Lock out Time
To change the duration (in hours) that an IP address is blocked by the console, issue the
setlockouttime command.

Syntax: setlockouttime [number]
o
number - The number of hours to block an IP address. Entering 0 blocks the IP
address indefinitely. 255 is the maximum value. The default value is “24.”
o
No parameter - Displays the current setting
