How to prevent wrinkle labels with my CVC Label Maker?
    • W
      William BrownSep 3, 2025
Wrinkled labels can occur if the label dispensing speed is too fast, so decrease it. Also, check if the label position is too rightward and adjust it leftward. If the product shape is irregular or not smooth, contact your product supplier.

Why is the CVC Label Maker dispensing labels incompletely and the stepper motor vibrating?
    • A
      Andrew BryanSep 1, 2025
This problem can occur if the machine speed is too fast, overloading the stepper motor. Try slowing down the label dispensing speed. Additionally, ensure that the product spacing is not too close on the conveyor; increase the space between products if necessary.

What causes my CVC 310 to dispense labels repeatedly?
    • M
      Mr. Eric GregoryAug 31, 2025
This can occur if the sensitivity value between the backing paper and label is too close, or if the value of the backing paper is higher than the setting values; in this case, make sure the label sensitivity value is higher than the backing paper value by 30. Also, check that the label web is properly placed in the label sensor slot. If the gap between the labels is just placed into the label sensor slot, increase the setting value of the label dispensing length. For labels that are too clear, contact the factory for a special sensor.

Why is the printing too bold and distorted on my CVC 310 Label Maker?
    • C
      Clifford PhelpsAug 29, 2025
This issue may arise if the distance between the brass type and the hot stamp silicone pad is too close; in this case, move the type chase to increase the distance between them. Also, the print time could be too long, so shorten the print setting time. Finally, the print temperature might be too high, so check the temperature controller and try lowering the print setting temperature.

How to correct improper label position with my CVC 310?
    • M
      Mary SanchezAug 28, 2025
Several factors could be at play. Begin by checking the backing paper. If it's loose between the label sensor and peel blade, tighten the screw on the web clamp. Conversely, if it's too tight, loosen the screw. Ensure the advanced roller lock is fastened. Adjust the label extension to be between 1.5 mm and 3mm. If the gaps between labels on the backing paper vary, or if the distances between the edge of the labels and the edge of backing papers are inconsistent, ask your label roll supplier to correct it. If the label dispensing speed is too slow, increase it to synchronize with the conveyor speed. Finally, check the connection screw between the driver roller and stepper motor and tighten it if it's loose.

Why is my CVC 310 Label Maker dispensing two labels at once?
    • L
      Latoya ReyesAug 27, 2025
This could be happening because the sensitivity value of the label is too close to the value of the backing paper. Try increasing the label sensitivity value. Also, ensure the red light of the label sensor is precisely focused on the backing paper. If you are using transparent bottles, properly adjust the product sensor, because they may cause the product sensor to double detect a single product.

How to fix unclear printing on my CVC 310 Label Maker?
    • N
      Nicole ScottAug 25, 2025
Check the hot stamp silicone pad for wear and replace it if needed. If the pad is in good condition, insert two or three pieces of paper behind the label back and press the test button. If the printing becomes clear, decrease the distance between the type chase and the hot stamp silicone pad. Also, try using a different hot stamp ribbon and ensure the ribbon advances forward. Verify that the ribbon print face is mounted correctly. Finally, ensure that the label material is compatible with the ribbon ink.

What to do if my CVC 310 is not dispensing labels?
    • M
      Madeline WintersAug 23, 2025
First, check the display panel to ensure the label head is turned on. If it is on, inspect the label sensor. If the red LED light on the sensor is not lit, the sensor is malfunctioning. If the LED light is lit, move the backing paper in the sensor slot to check the backing paper value. If the value shown on the screen is not changed, it also indicates that the sensor is malfunctioning and needs replacement.
