Edit Menu
The Edit Menu allows the operator to manually edit the
workout for each lane (1-10).
Edit Workout

LANE # ^1*
From Main Menu – [2]>[1]
Press the [0]–[9] keys to enter the lane number. Press [ENTER] to begin editing that lane.

From Main Menu – [2]>[1]>[Lane #]>[ENTER]
EDIT 1 STEP 1
END CIRCUIT*
Press the [0]–[9] keys to enter the step number. Press [ENTER] to begin editing that step.
Within the selected step, choose from the following six modes:
• 1=STOP
• 2=BEG CIRCUIT (with repeat count)
• 3=END CIRCUIT
• 4= SWIM (with time and repeat count)
• 5=REST (with time)
• 6=PACE (with time)
For example, after selecting mode 4 (Swim) the following prompts appear:

END CIRCUIT
• Enter in the desired amount of time and then press [ENTER].
• Enter the number of times to repeat this step and then press [ENTER]. The LCD will
automatically display the next step for the selected lane to edit.
• To insert another step, press [ENTER].
• To return to the main menu, press [MENU] twice.

From Main Menu – [2]>[1]>[Lane #]>[ENTER]>[2]
Press the [0]–[9] keys to enter the step number to insert a step into and then press [ENTER].
For example, to insert swim as Step 3, enter [3] and press [ENTER].
