Thecompressorcoversprovideprotectiontotheinternalcomponentsaswellasprotectionforanyonethatmight
benearthecompressorwhilethemainspowerisappliedandwhilethecapacitorscontainadangerouselectrical
charge.

Caremustbetakeninremovalandinstallationofthecoverstopreventthefastenersfromfallingintothepowerelectroniccompartment.
Droppingcoverfastenerscancauseashortcircuit,causeenergizedcomponentstofailcatastrophically,andcausedamagetothepower
electronicpartsofthecompressor.Afterproperlypositioningthecovers,carefullyinstallthefastenerstominimizetheriskofthemfalling
intothepowerelectronicareas.
