Using the encoder cable with shielding (double shielding is the best) is able to prevent
voltage coupling and eliminate the noise and interference from other electrical sources. Be
sure to observe the following steps to complete the shielding surrounding the encoder
cable.
(1) Solder the centre cores on the
metal part of the connector
adequately for good ground
contact with the plate and
shielding.
