To add new Messages from an existing file, click the New Message Existing File button at the bottom of
the right hand panel, select a wav or an MP3 file from the File List dialog, then fill in the other fields and
click Save.
MP3 or WAV files may be selected but will automatically be converted to 16-bit uLaw wave format
when the audio file is sent to the IP Endpoints.
To add new Messages from the local microphone, click the New Message Create File button at the
bottom of the right hand panel, enter in the name of the wav file to create. Then use the "record" icon to
record the file. Enter in all of the other fields, and click Save.
To maintain Messages, select the message from above, make changes and click Save.
To delete a Message, select the message from above and then click Delete. A dialog box will ask
whether the wav file should be deleted from the Message Store sub-directory. Click Yes to delete the
associated wav file or No to leave it in the Message Store sub-directory.
Press the Update Now button on the bottom of the screen to send any changes that have been made
in the Administrator Console to the Server and Operator Consoles.
