Support Central
If directed by Digital Acoustics Technical Support, the TalkMaster FOCUS Support Service can track
information about the TalkMaster FOCUS Server service and selected IP7 Endpoints. The TalkMaster
FOCUS Support Service and the Support Central Application do not require any TalkMaster FOCUS
Console Licenses.
To start recording TalkMaster FOCUS Server information in the TalkMaster FOCUS Support Service:
Open the Administrator Console to the Settings sub-tab of the Setup tab
Check the Support Console check box
Press the Update Now button
The TalkMaster FOCUS Support Service starts collecting information from the TalkMaster
FOCUS Server and writing to the daily log files
To start recording selected IP7 tracking information in the TalkMaster FOCUS Support Service:
Open the Administrator Console to the IP Endpoints --> Options 2 and then select the IP7
to be tracked.
Check the IP7 Tracking Enabled check box
The IP7 tracking information is sent to the associated Multicast Address of 225.0.0.160.
Alternatively, the IP Address of the TalkMaster FOCUS Server can be specified
Press the Save button
Repeat for each IP7 to be tracked
The TalkMaster FOCUS Support Service starts collecting information from the selected
IP7(s) and writing to the daily log files
To view the log information, press the Windows menu Start button and select All Programs -->
TalkMaster Focus--> Server Tools --> Support Central
