  There could be several reasons why your Distech Controls Controller is failing to communicate on a BACnet MS/TP network: * The network might not be wired properly; double-check all wire connections. * There might be absent or incorrect network termination; check the network terminations. * Too many Allure EC-Smart-Vue sensors might be providing network access; in this case, disable the Net to Subnet Port Settings jumpers on all controllers. If communications are re-established, re-enable only a few Allure EC-Smart-Vue sensors to have network access.

Use the device configuration plug-in or wizard to check the input configuration. * There could be a power discharge. Recharge the device with light (if solar-powered) or replace the battery (if battery-powered). Ensure sufficient light intensity (200lx for 4 hours/day). * The device may be too far from the controller. Reposition the device to be within the range of the Wireless Receiver. * There may be a configuration problem. Use the device configuration plug-in or wizard to check the input configuration.
