All the controllers, including the master itself must send their nvoWindowContact to the variable nvi-
WindowContact of the master controller. The master will use these values to calculate the nvoEnergy-
HoldOff.

Using nvoEnergyHoldOff, the master can synchronise the energy hold off value between controllers
when a window is open in the zone.
