Parameter Option Description
FCU Type
Cool
Only cooling valve is present. It can be either an ON/OFF valve (DO5) or a
modulating valve (DUO7).
CoolElectHeat
Cooling valve and electric heat is present. It can be either an ON/OFF valve
(DO4) or a modulating valve (DUO7). Electric heat (ON/OFF) shall be
connected to DO8 and it is the only heating source.
CoolHeat
Cooling and heating valves are present. Cooling valve can be either an ON/OFF
valve (DO5) or a modulating valve (DUO7). Heating valve can be either an ON/
OFF valve (DO4) or a modulating valve (DUO6).
CoolHeatElectHeat
Cooling valve, heating valve, and electric heat are present. Cooling valve can be
either an ON/OFF valve (DO5) or a modulating valve (DUO7). Heating valve can
be either an ON/OFF valve (DO4) or a modulating valve (DUO6). Electric heat
(ON/OFF) is connected to DO8 and it will be controlled as the 2nd stage of
heating to maintain the space temperature heating setpoint.
ChgOver
The system is configured for change-over. It will automatically set the heating
valve outputs (DO4 or DUO6) as change-over valve outputs depending on the
type of valve. The system receives the water temperature to determine the
change-over status.
ChgOverElectHeat
The system is configured for change-over with electric heat. It will automatically
set the heating valve outputs (DO4 or DUO6) as change-over valve outputs
depending on type of valve. The system receives the water temperature to
determine the change-over status. Electric heat (ON/OFF) is connected to DO8
and it will be controlled as the 2nd stage of heating to maintain the space
temperature heating setpoint.
Fan Status Config
None
Digital
When set to Digital, the program uses this input to determine the actual fan
running status. If not in use, the program shall ignore the input and use the
command as the status.
Window Contact Config
None
Yes
If a window contact is equipped, and the window is sensed open, the HVAC
mode shall transition to Off.
