Simulation functions]
● The functions can be used to start and stop certain module
actions. The status of the action is generally displayed under
status or messages.
● A function is selected and then activated by
key.
-> Automatic reporting sequence:
"Requested" -> "accepted"]
● These messages
only refer to the function's execution status,
not to the action itself.
● Simulation functions are often available for analogue and di-
gital input and output modules, which facilitate the review of
the installation. Regardless of the configuration, output and
input values, which are used instead of real value for the dur-
ation of the simulation, can be set when the simulation func-
tion is activated.
