4. Move the looper thread take-up (5).
• tighter seam: move the looper thread take-up edge (3) in
the direction of 0
• more elastic seam: move the looper thread take-up
edge (3) in the direction of 5
Important
Ensure that the height of the looper thread take-up (5) is not
changed. The holes (2) must ALWAYS remain above the bar (1).
5. Tighten the screws (4).
6. Erect the machine head.
4.9 Stitch length
4.9.1 Setting the stitch length
The stitch length can be adjusted by turning the adjusting wheel
continuously between 1 and 4 mm.
