To set the pressure of the carrier roller:
1. Loosen the screw (2).
• increasing the pressure: move the cylinder (1) towards
the front of the machine
• decreasing the pressure: move the cylinder (1) towards
the rear of the machine
2. Tighten the screw (2).
Information
Separating the thread chain without a thread cutter
For machines without a thread cutter, the fabric deflector (3)
can be used during linking as a cutting knife for the thread chain.
