2.2.1. Operating Simplicity
EC-JET printer adapt an One-Button start-up and shutdown procedure,minimizing operators
workload . Intelligent is easier to adjust and operation is more simple and clear by using the color
touch screen, windows style and WYSIWYG operating instructions.
2.2.2. Diagnostics
A comprehensive diagnostics package is built into the printer to enable problems to be identified
and rectified quickly.
2.2.3. Real-time Machine Control
Computer components within printer keep on detecting the level of ink or solvent, viscosity if ink,
pressure and charge value and show the detecting result on the diagnosis menu. We can see these
data from the screen.
2.2.4. Print head Design
The print head is robustly designed for industrial environments. It is hermetically sealed and is
permanently attached to the printer itself by a 2 metres (or optionally 3 or 4 metres) length of
conduit.
Three micro valves are installed in EC2000 printhead. It offers clean leaner for the nozzle through
cleaning pump and special pipe within the cabinet to make sure start and shutdown of EC2000
printer unpolluted.
2.2.5. Printing Drops
To form a printed pattern, each drop must be directed to a different place on the product being
printed. To achieve this, the drops pass through a charge electrode (within the print head), which
applies a different charge to each drop. This causes the flight path of the drops to differ as they
