Fault LF2 ‐ Output current imbalance
Cause Phase loss occurred in the wiring on the output side of the drive.
Remedy Examine for wiring errors or disconnected wires on the output side of the drive and
repair pr
oblems.
Cause The output terminal screws of the drive are loose.
Remedy Tighten the terminal screws to the correct ght
ening torque.
Cause The drive output circuit is broken.
Remedy Re-energise the drive. Contact us.
Fault PF ‐ Input phase loss
Cause There is a phase loss in the drive input power.
Remedy Correct errors with the wiring for main circuit drive input power.
Cause There is loose wiring in the drive input power terminals.
Remedy Tighten the terminal screws to the correct gh
t
ening torque.
Cause The drive input power voltage is changing too much.
Remedy Examine the input power for problems.
Make the driv
e input power stable.
Fault SC ‐ Short circuit/IGBT failure
Cause Overheang caused damag
e to the motor or the motor insulaon is not
sasfactory.
Remedy Measure the motor insulaon resistance and replace the motor if there is electrical
conducon or unserviceable insulaon.
Cause The motor main circuit cable is con
tacng ground to make a short circuit.
Remedy Examine the motor main circuit cable for damage and repair short circuits.
Measure the resistance between the motor main circuit cable and the ground
terminal. If there is electrical conducon, replace the cable.
Fault Uv1 ‐ DC Bus undervoltage
Cause There is a phase loss in the drive input power.
Remedy Correct errors with the wiring for main circuit drive input power.
Cause There is loose wiring in the drive input power terminals.
Remedy Tighten the terminal screws to the correct gh
tening torque.
Cause The drive input power voltage is changing too much.
Remedy Examine the input power for problems. Make the drive input power stable.
If the input pow
er supply is good, examine the magnec contactor on the main
circuit side for problems.
