Sequence Descripon
Dry pump clean
▪ Purge gas or the solvent uid is admied into the pump for a
congurable me (recommended 20 minutes).
▪ Pump speed during the dry pump clean is congurable
(recommended 40 Hz).
▪ Keep gas purges on.
▪ Pump is not able to go on‑process unl the cycle has
completed.
The DP clean high ow purge and solvent ush procedures can be run as oen as
required.
