Cause The motor main circuit cable is con
tacng ground to make a short circuit.
Remedy Examine the motor main circuit cable for damage and repair short circuits.
Measure the resistance between the motor main circuit cable and the ground
terminal. If there is electrical conduct on, replace the cable.

Remedy Correct wiring errors.
Cause There is a short‐circuit in the communic
aons cable or the communicaons cable
is not connected.
Remedy Repair short circuits and connect cables.
Replace the defecve communicaons cable.
Cause The communicaon pr
otocol is not compable.
Remedy Examine the values set in H5-xx.
Examine the sengs on the controller side and correct the dierence in
communicaon condions.

Remedy Measure the motor insulaon resistance and replace the motor if there is electrical
conducon or unserviceable insulaon.
Cause The motor main circuit cable is con
tacng ground to make a short circuit.
Remedy Examine the motor main circuit cable for damage and repair short circuits.
Measure the resistance between the motor main circuit cable and the ground
terminal. If there is electrical conducon, replace the cable.
Cause There is a problem with the drive hardware.
Remedy Contact us.

Cause The motor main circuit cable is disconnected.
Remedy Connect motor main circuit cable wiring. Correct wiring errors in the main circuit
drive input po
wer.
Cause The screws on the drive output terminals are loose.
Remedy Tighten the terminal screws to the correct ght
ening torque.
Cause The output transistor in the drive is damaged.
