Fault oL2 ‐ Drive overload
Cause The load is too large.
Remedy Decrease the load.
Cause The acceler
aon/deceleraon
mes or cycle mes are too short.
Remedy Contact us.
Cause Phase loss in the input power supply is causing the output current to change.
Remedy Correct errors with the wiring for main circuit drive input power.
Make sur
e that there is no phase loss and repair problems.
Cause Pump restarted when it is sll hot.
Remedy Wait for 60 minutes and restart the pump again. If the pump does not start, contact
us.
Fault ov ‐ Overvoltage
Cause The deceleraon me is t
oo short and too much regenerave energy is owing
back into the drive.
Remedy Contact us.
Cause The acceleraon
me is too short.
Remedy Contact us.
Cause There are surge voltages in the input power supply
Remedy Contact us.
Cause The drive output cable or motor is shorted to ground (the current short to ground
is char
ging the main cir
cuit capacitor of the drive through the power supply).
Remedy Examine the motor main circuit cable, terminals, and motor terminal box, and then
remove ground faults.
Re-energise the drive.
Cause The power supply voltage is too high.
Remedy Decrease the power supply voltage to match the drive rated voltage.

Cause The load is too heavy.
Remedy Contact us.
Cause Overheang c
aused damage to the motor or the motor insulaon is not
sasfactory.
Remedy Measure the motor insulaon resistance and replace the motor if there is electrical
conducon or unserviceable insulaon.
