4.5.1 Rod probes
The probe can be installed in:
conductive tanks made from metal
nonconductive tanks made from plastic
If the process connection of the probe is insulated from the metal tank using a seal
material, then the ground connection on the probe housing must be connected to the tank
using a short line.
