The Device information submenu contains all parameters that display different
information for device identification.

Parameter overview with brief description
Parameter Description User interface Factory setting
Device tag Shows name of measuring point. Max. 32 characters, such as
letters, numbers or special
characters (e.g. @, %, /).
Promass
Serial number Shows the serial number of the measuring
device.
A maximum of 11-digit
character string comprising
letters and numbers.

Firmware version Shows the device firmware version installed. Character string in the format
xx.yy.zz

Device name Shows the name of the transmitter.

The name can be found on the
nameplate of the transmitter.
Promass300/500 –
Order code Shows the device order code.

The order code can be found on the
nameplate of the sensor and
transmitter in the "Order code" field.
Character string composed of
letters, numbers and certain
punctuation marks (e.g. /).
