Performing a zero point adjustment (with configuration program )
1. Operate the system until normal operating conditions resume.
2. Stop the flow (v = 0 m/s).
3. Check the shut-off valves for leaks.
4. Check that operating pressure is correct.
5. Open the configuration program and then the Physical Block.
6. Check whether the write protection for software and hardware is disabled:
Software
WRITE LOCKING (V3H0), disabled = 2457, enabled = 0
Hardware
HW WRITE PROTEC (V3H1), disabled = 0, enabled = 1
Disable the write protection, if necessary

7. Open the manufacturer-specific Transducer Block (PROSONIC 93 PBUS).
8. Enable the programming level:
Enter the access code in the “ACCESS CODE (V2H0)” parameter (factory
setting = 93).
“ACCESS CUSTOMER” should now be displayed in the “STATUS ACCESS
(V2H2)” parameter.
9. Start zero point adjustment:
Select the setting “START” in the “ZERO POINT ADJUSTMENT (V5H0)” device
matrix function.
Start the adjustment by sending this setting to the field device. If the fluid velocity
exceeds 0.1 m/s, the error message “Adjust zero fail.” appears in the “Version
info” matrix / “ACT. SYS. CONDITION (V0H0)” function.
10. Close the configuration program.
