  If there's an incorrect connection to the PROFIBUS master, verify the supply voltage at Terminals 1/2. Check the device fuse (2 A slow-blow / 250 V for 20 to 260 V AC and 20 to 64 V DC). For PROFIBUS PA, check the data line at Terminal 26 = PA + and Terminal 27 = PA -. For PROFIBUS DP, check the data line at Terminal 26 = B (RxD/TxD-P) and Terminal 27 = A (RxD/TxD-N).

  To change the language, switch off the power supply. Then, press the OS keys simultaneously while switching the device back on. The display text will appear in English (default) and is displayed at maximum contrast. If this does not work, the measuring electronics may be defective, and you should order spare parts.
