Removing the Switch from a DIN Rail
Refer to Figure 3-4 as you perform the following procedure.
To remove the switch from a DIN rail:
1. Hold the switch steady so it does not fall. Loosen the captive screw from the DIN clip and
remove the latch.
2. Move the switch to unhook the notches on the DIN clip from the rail. If the switch was
attached to a horizontal DIN rail, you would lift the switch up.
3. If necessary, remove each DIN clip from the I-Series switch by removing its four screws.
