Telephone Operating Instructions
To make a personal repertory call using a PERSONAL REPERTORY button:
❖ Lift the handset.
❖ Press the PERSONAL REPERTORY button. The associated button indicator
changes to ACTIVE. You hear system dial tone. If the number is valid, you hear
confirmation tone; if the destination is idle, you hear ringback tone.
❖ Dial the personal repertory number (0-9). The display shows the called number
or PRIVATE.
 If you dial a personal repertory number which has no destination number
programmed, you hear reorder tone.
To view your station’s personal repertory entries:
❖ Dial the Rering access code plus the digit 9. The EXT button indicator changes to
ACTIVE and you hear system dial tone. The top line of the display shows the
Rering access code and the digit 9, followed by a period.
❖ Dial a personal repertory number (0-9), or press an assigned PERSONAL
REPERTORY button, or press the UP or DOWN arrow button. The top line of the
display changes to show the personal repertory number (0-254) and the associated
digit string or PRIVATE.
❖ To view another entry, use the UP or DOWN arrow button to scroll through the
directory of personal repertory numbers.
❖ Press the RELEASE button to clear the display. The EXT button indicator changes
to IDLE.
To use the display to select and dial a personal repertory number:
❖ Dial the Rering access code plus the digit 9. The EXT button indicator changes to
ACTIVE and you hear system dial tone. The top line of the display shows the
Rering access code and the digit 9, followed by a period.
❖ Dial a personal repertory number (0-9), or press a PERSONAL REPERTORY
button, or press the UP or DOWN arrow button. The top line of the display changes
to show the personal repertory number (0-254) and the associated digit string or
PRIVATE.
❖ To view another repertory number, use the UP or DOWN arrow button to scroll
through the directory of personal repertory numbers.
❖ To automatically dial the displayed repertory number, dial #.
To put all routing plans into override mode:
❖ Lift the handset.
❖ Dial the Plan Override access code followed by ✱.
❖ When you hear confirmation tone, hang up.
Plan Override
