1. Remove the screw mounting the lamp thermistor to the light guide unit.
Screw: +M3×8 F/ZB: P/N 1033691
(mounting torque: 6.0 kg. cm = 5.2 lb. inch)
2. Disconnect the cable from connector CN804 on the main board.
3.2.16 Removing the Safety Switch
Prerequisite conditions: 3.2.3/3.2.4/3.2.8/3.2.13
1. Disconnect the Fast-on tab terminals of the two cables connected to the safety switch.
2. Remove the two mounting screws from the safety switch and detach the safety switch.
Screw: +M3×8 F/ZB: P-Tight P/N 1033691
(mounting torque: 6.0 kg cm = 5.2 lb inch)
Caution:
When removing the Fast-on terminals, do not apply excess force to the terminals on the
safety switch in the horizontal or vertical direction.
Note:
The polarity of the cables is not significant; connect them to any terminals on the safety
switch.
