Fax Report Fax Settings List Prints the current fax settings.
Fax Log Prints a transmission report automatically after you send a fax. You can set to
print this report automatically using the following menu.
Setup > Fax Settings > Output Settings > Fax Log Auto Print
Last Transmission Prints a report for the previous fax that was sent or received through polling.
Protocol Trace Prints a list of fax documents stored in the printer’s memory, such as
unnished jobs.

Ink Levels Displays the approximate levels of the ink cartridges.
When an ! icon is displayed, the ink cartridge is running low.
When a X mark is displayed, the ink cartridge is expended.
Maintenance Print Head Nozzle
Check
Prints a pattern to check if the print head nozzles are clogged.
Print Head Cleaning Cleans clogged nozzles in the print head.

Replacement
Replaces the ink cartridge.
Print Head
Alignment
Adjusts the print head to improve print quality.
Run Vertical Alignment if your printouts look blurry or text and lines are
misaligned.
Run Horizontal Alignment if your printouts contain horizontal banding at
regular intervals.
Paper Guide
Cleaning
Use this feature to feed paper for cleaning when there are ink stains on the
internal rollers or a paper feed problem has occurred.
Paper Setup Select the paper size and paper type you loaded in the paper source.
Print Status Sheet Conguration Status
Sheet
Prints an information sheet showing the current printer status and
settings.
Supply Status Sheet Prints an information sheet showing the status of consumables.
Usage History Sheet Prints an information sheet showing the usage history of the printer.
