4. To edit existing programs, display the step to be edited with the page scroll buttons and press
the Step No. box of that step. Steps can be selected from step No. 1 to one number higher
than the last step. When creating a new program, this screen is not displayed.
Proceed to step 5 of this procedure.

5. The PGM Detail screen will be laid over the display. Input the target temperature (& humidity)
from there.
Pressing the field boxes next to Temp. SP and Hum. SP lays a keypad over the screen to
enable input. Make you input from there.
* If OFF is displayed next to Hum. SP, the target humidity cannot be set. Turning humidity
control ON will enable input.
6. Turn humidity control ON/OFF as needed. (For temperature & humidity chambers only).
Press the m ON box next to Hum. Control to make the setting.
When dot is yellow: Humidity control is ON.
When dot is black: Humidity control is OFF.
