you wish to control at any given time. You can also activate the Auto-Connect feature of a given
device, to have it automatically connect to that unit when Emote is launched on a specic machine.
Click on the + Icon at the bottom of the Browser to manually enter the IP address of an H9000 on the
network. This feature can be useful if Emote is not displaying a unit that you know is available on the
network.
Right-clicking the H9000 icon allows a system report to be downloaded, which can be useful when
requesting customer support.
5.2.3.1.1. System info
Model Number: Displays your units Model Number and Rev version.
Name: Displays a custom name that you can assign to your H9000.
Serial: Displays your units serial number.
Firmware: Displays your H9000’s currently installed Firmware version. Click on UPDATES to
update your H9000 rmware. You can also perform the “USB Dump Data” feature from the
updater window.
5.2.3.1.2. DSP modules
Displays the H9000’s 4 DSP Modules.

If a DSP Module is displayed as OFFLINE, please refer to the USB Self-Test Mode section of this
manual or contact Support@Eventide.com
5.2.3.1.3. Expansion Cards
Displays any installed expansion cards and any relevant information pertaining to installed
expansion cards (i.e. expansion card rmware version).
